To kick off our Wellness & Wildlife Week – we’ll be hosting a ‘mindfulness learning’ event presented by Solent Mind. This taster session will look at using mindfulness techniques to help you manage difficult experiences in your day to day life, enabling you to make wise choices and improve your mental wellbeing.
